When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship all domestic orders via postal services and FedEx.

International Shipping
We currently ship all international orders via DHL.
The standard delivery time for international orders is 4–21 business days.
Please note that international delivery times are currently extended, and shipping durations may vary significantly due to customs processing.
Preppy Prodigy is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments.

How can I check my order status?

Please email our customer service team at
support@maintainthestyle.com; they will be happy to provide you with the status of your order should you have any questions or concerns.

What is your return policy?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned items, the cost will be credited to your
original payment method, excluding shipping charges (which are non-refundable). Used, opened, and/or final-sale items cannot be returned. This policy does not
apply to personalized orders; personalized orders are non-refundable once confirmed.

Are personalized orders eligible for return?

Our custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned; however, if there is an issue with your order, please contact
our customer service team at support@maintainthestyle.com, and they will be happy to assist you.

If I return an item, when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned item, the cost (excluding shipping charges) will be credited to your original payment method within approximately 1–3 business days.

Please note that it may take up to 10–14 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
